General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between [INNITSHOP], hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through the website [INNITSHOP], hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”

The Seller acts as an intermediary and uses a dropshipping model to provide the products offered for sale. By confirming their order, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (color, size, etc.) may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

The products are shipped directly by the partner supplier. The Seller does not hold inventory and acts as an intermediary.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are displayed in US dollars ($) and include applicable taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time but agrees to apply the prices displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4: Orders

The Customer places an order through the website by following the specified steps. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is unavailable from the supplier.
  • There is an obvious error in the displayed price.
  • There are doubts about the reliability of the Customer’s provided information.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online through the secure payment methods available on the website (credit card, Stripe, etc.). The order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Article 6: Delivery

6.1 Delivery Methods

Products are shipped directly by partner suppliers and delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and the destination country. An estimated delivery time is provided during the order process but is not contractual. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond their control (customs, carrier issues, etc.).

6.3 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are specified at the time of the order.

7.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products, such as personalized or perishable items, cannot be returned.

7.3 Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of defective or non-compliant products.

Article 8: Warranty

Products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Any claim must be submitted to [info-usa@innitshop.com], along with supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).

Article 9: Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase, use, or inability to use the products.

The Seller’s liability is also limited in cases where the partner supplier fails to deliver or provides a non-compliant product.

Article 10: Protection of Personal Data

The Customer’s personal data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting customer service at [info-usa@innitshop.com].

Article 11: Intellectual Property

All elements of the [INNITSHOP] website (texts, images, graphics) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

Article 12: Governing Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact customer service to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts.
